- Customer Management & Internal Record keeping.

- Delivery of the product & Happy call (customer care call regarding the feedback of the product)

- Echom service (which provides experience of our products for some period at Customer’s home for their convenience. a Staff of distributorship centre will visit to the customer home to explain regarding company and its products. The customers have to deposit interest free and refundable security deposit as well as installation expense to avail Echom service. If any customer during or on completion of Echom service be willing to purchase the products such charges can be adjusted with the product price)
3. Retention
